Charles Worthington: Volume & Bounce Dry Texturising Spray

Hi There!

Today I will be doing a quick review on the Charles Worthington ‘Volume & Bounce Dry Texturising Spray’. This product is said to add volume and texture to the hair without leaving hair looking greasy or causing any damage. I thought that I had better put these claims to the test and let you guys know what I think!

Nivea: Double Effect Eye Makeup Remover

Hi There!

I recently finished a bottle of my favourite eye makeup remover (Clinique’s ‘Take The Day Off’ reviewed here) and decided that this would be an opportune time to trial a budget dupe product and let you guys know my thoughts! The product I decided to go with was the ‘Double Effect Eye Makeup Remover’ by Nivea as this is has a two-phase formula (oil & water) similar to that in the clinique remover.

Todays post will be on the ‘Rose Hydrate- Calming Creamy Cleanser’ which I purchased recently and have been using.

Revlon: Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains

Hi There,

Today I thought that I would do a super quick review on the Revlon ‘Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains’. I initially came across these products in Summer 2013 and decided to give them a go as the shades looked beautiful and I loved the idea of a hydrating lip stain as they are usually very drying.

The One That Got Away.

Hi There!

Keith and I have always had a soft spot for the acoustic version of Katy Perry’s ‘One That Got Away’. The lyrics are simple yet beautiful and the melody is very pretty. You can really hear raw emotion in her voice proving that she really is an excellent story teller. Having recently watched ‘Part of Me’, the Katy Perry film that follows her on the ‘California Dreams’ tour, and realising just how hard Katy works, I found a whole new appreciation and respect for her and her music. It is an incredible insight into how the life of a superstar is not as easy and glamorous as it seems and in my opinion, well worth a watch.

We have recorded our own little version of this lovely song, we hope you enjoy it!

Please let us know what you think! If you do like it please give the videos a ‘thumbs up’ and subscribe!

Lots of love,

Bana & Keith,xoxo

MAC: Cremesheen Lipstick in Peach Blossom

Hi There!

Today I am reviewing my most recent lipstick purchase, the gorgeous ‘Peach Blossom’ lipstick by MAC. I got this after seeing a review by the gorgeous Anna from Vivianna Does Makeup which I have linked here. The pinky peach tone looks just gorgeous in the packaging so I just had to give it a go!

ImageThis lipstick is in the cremesheen formulation which means that it is buttery and moisturising whilst still giving a lovely colour pay off on application. I have gone through the different MAC lipstick formulations in a previous post which you can find hereContinue reading
